Community Workshops on New Land Use Policies

UDO(November 23, 2016) The City of Charlotte has been developing a Unified Development Ordinance, which will consolidate and replace the current zoning ordinance and other land use ordinances, including subdivision, tree, streets and sidewalks, storm water, and sign ordinances. The new ordinance will focus on Place Types.
