Help Celebrate Library's 5th Birthday on August 6 (July 29, 2009) The Steele Creek Library had its Grand Opening on August 6, 2004. This August 6 will be its 5th Birthday! Come join your neighbors to celebrate five years of service to the community. From 10:00 to 1:00 come enjoy cake, cookies, fruit, and lemonade in the garden. Visit the new gazebo and walk along the new brick paths. (See Library Gets New Gazebo, Brick Pathways.) From 7:00 to 8:30 PM enjoy Tent Tales with nationally-renowned storyteller, musician, and teaching artist Wright Clarkson, The Story Guy (Wright Clarkson - Story Guy at storyteller.net). This family event will be held outside in the garden (weather permitting).
