Library Association is Now Collecting Books for Upcoming Book Sale

(June 21, 2004; Rev. July 31, 2004) The Steele Creek Library Association is collecting books, tapes, CD's, and videos for a book sale in December to benefit YOUR new Steele Creek Library. There are three ways to donate:

  • You can call Georganna Wills at 704-583-4651 for pick up.
  • You can drop off at Georganna's house (call first to let her know you're coming and to get directions).
  • You can drop off between 9:00 am and noon on the 2nd Saturday of each month starting August 14 at the new Steele Creek Library.

Whether it's just one book or 100 books, we'll accept them. Other ways you can help: We will need more volunteers to help pick up books for those who are unable to utilize the drop off. Also please place this notice in you church bulletin, workplace bulletin board, civic organization newsletter, or tell your neighbors we need books!

The book sale is planned for December. All proceeds will benefit the new library.
