For the November 2004 elections, Steele Creek in in House Districts 106 and 107. District 106 includes areas south of downtown Charlotte and areas along South Boulevard and South Tryon Street. District 107 includes areas in west and northwest Charlotte, southwest Mecklenburg County, and Pineville.
