Porter Rezoning
Request Withdrawn

LandCraft Properties has withdrawn their rezoning petition for approximately 20 acres of property located on Sandy
Porter Road just south of Oakhaven Drive and across from Stone Ridge
Apartments.
The public hearing scheduled for December 15 has been cancelled.
Under current R-3 zoning, a maximum of 59 lots are allowed. LandCraft
had
planned to build single-family detached homes on 107 lots (5.4 per
acre) on the property. The property contains two areas of protected
wetlands.
