Community Workshops on New Land Use Policies
(November
23, 2016)
The
City of Charlotte has been developing a
Unified Development
Ordinance, which will consolidate and replace the current zoning
ordinance and other land use ordinances, including subdivision,
tree, streets and sidewalks, storm water, and sign ordinances. The
new ordinance will focus on
Place Types.
The city has
scheduled five
workshops
where the public can learn about the proposed changes and provide feedback.
Each workshop will provide the same information. Please
