(September
29, 2013) The Olympic Community of Schools will be hosting a Career
and College Fair for its five high schools on the evening of Thursday,
October 10 and would like to extend invitations to representatives
of businesses, colleges, and universities to participate.
The Olympic staff is committed to preparing “career and college
ready” students and hopes businesses and other employers can
participate and share information concerning occupations and
careers. Students need opportunities to learn about careers and the
skills and education needed to become successful in the 21st
century.
The
Fair also will allow juniors and seniors who plan to attend college
an opportunity to familiarize themselves with possibilities for
their future through direct contact with colleges and universities.
Your participation in this event will provide students an
opportunity to meet you and learn more about your school, admissions
requirements, financial-aid, testing, college majors, scholarships,
SAT/ACT requirements, and much more…
