Richard McElrath to Hold Monthly Community Meetings on District 2 Schools (January 10, 2011) Richard A. McElrath, Sr, District 2 Representative to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board, plans to hold monthly District 2 Community Meetings. These meetings will take place at various locations in the district. The first will be held on Tuesday, January 18 at 7:00 P.M. at Silver Mount Baptist Church (on Arrowood Road between I-77 and Nations Ford Road - use rear entrance for the Fellowship Hall).
