Carolinas Medical Center - Steele Creek Medical Plaza
will have its groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, September 9 from
11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Here's what they had to say in their
announcement:
With a state-of-the
art medical office plaza and a free-standing emergency facility, our
Steele Creek campus will represent a new level in healthcare! The
medical office plaza will provide the convenience of having
excellent physician practices in one location. Staffed with
board-certified emergency physicians, the emergency facility will
offer 24/7 services, complete with treatment rooms, laboratory
facilities and a comprehensive array of diagnostic services,
including bone density screening, digital X-ray, and ultrasound
technology. Soon, the Steele Creek community will have access to a
one-stop healthcare complex right in the neighborhood.
Groundbreaking ceremony: 12 - 12:30 p.m.
Complimentary box
lunch served: 12:30 - 1:15 p.m.
The new facility is
located on Steele Creek Road near RiverGate. To attend the ceremony,
go south on Steele Creek Road from its intersection with S Tryon
Street (heading towards Fort Mill). The site is about 1/4 mile on
the right. Signs along the road will direct you to the site and
parking area.
