Senior Naturalist Series: Water Wonders, at McDowell Nature Center

(June 10, 2005) McDowell Nature Center (15222 York Road) is offering a Senior Naturalist Series: Water Wonders program on June 30, 2005 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Join us for this fascinating program as we explore the wonders of our streams. Did you know that dragonflies spend much of their lives in water or that you can tell how healthy a stream is just by looking at it? Come out and help us investigate our findings. Participants should be prepared to walk on uneven terrain and should wear shoes and clothes that may get wet and muddy. This program is open to ages 50 and older and costs $4 per person.
