2017-065 - Apartments at
the end of Rigsby Road east of Clearview Acres subdivision off Steele Creek Road south of I-485 near the Berewick Town Center.
This petition is over four years old and likely will be withdrawn
and replaced by a new petition. Parcel # 20107504

and will have a decision by the City Council soon. Both petitions

2021-042 - Approximately 10.73
acres on the north side of Shopton Road east of Steele Creek
Road to
allow an outdoor equipment storage yard. Parcel # 14125107, 14125108
2020-038 -
119 unit, 3-story senior community on Steele Creek Road south of
Erwin Road. The Steele Creek Residents Association Land Use
Committee supports this petition, but the Huntington Forest
community generally opposes the petition as currently planned
primarily due to traffic concerns. Parcel # 20143102.
Withdrawn Petitions

petitions have been withdrawn.
2021-006 - 210 residential units north of S Tryon
Street and southwest of Erwin Road. This petition is for the same area as
petition
2019-030, which original petitioner no longer is pursuing.
