The Charlotte City Council approved the following petitions at its January 18, 2022 meeting.

2021-075 - 32 townhomes on southwest corner of Steele Creek Road and Hamilton Road. Site plan amendment to 2018-077 to amend layout. Parcel # 21909126, 21909127, 21909128, 21909129

2021-118 - Industrial property located on the east side of Westinghouse Boulevard, south of Shopton Road West, and west of Steele Creek Road. Parcel # 19918117

The Charlotte City Council approved the following petitions at its March 21, 2022 meeting.

2021-093 - Planned unified development with offices, retail, residential, and a community hospital. Approximately 185 acres east of Steele Creek Road, north of Brown-Grier Road, and south of I-485. 2021-193 - Approximately 17.38 acres. Industrial property northwest of John Price Road and northeast of Moss Road. Parcel # 20120110, 20120142, 20120143, 20120144

The Charlotte City Council approved the following petitions at its May 23, 2022 meeting.

2021-195 - Site plan amendment to mixed use development (Concourse) north of Arrowood Road and east of I-485 to increase number of residential units from 270 units to 420 units and to increase commercial uses from 73,000 square feet to 83,000 square feet in Development Areas A, B, and C. Amendment to 2018-121. Parcel # 20105115, 20105116

The Charlotte City Council approved the following petitions at its August 15, 2022 meeting.

2021-249 - Mill Creek. On west side of Steele Creek Road south of Sledge Road. A residential community with up to 160 single-family attached and/or detached residential units with one commercial use. Parcel # 19906109, 19906118, 19906120

2021-101 - Long Cove Club & Marina off Pine Harbor Road and Rainbarrel Road. To rezone the site of the existing club and marina to create conforming zoning district for the site. New owners have transitioned the facility from members only to a commercial enterprise. Parcel # 19934202
