Town Center. This petition is over five years old and has been replaced by a new petition

Cove Club & Marina off Pine Harbor Road and Rainbarrel Road.
To rezone the site of the existing club and
marina to create conforming zoning district for the site. New
owners have transitioned the facility from members only to a
commercial enterprise. The Steele Creek Residents Association
